By downloading, installing, or using the Color Brain app (“App”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Color Brain is a brain-training game that offers several mini-games (e.g. Stroop, Color Match, Speed, Memory, Rhythm Tap, Reaction Test), difficulty levels, leaderboards, in-app virtual currency (coins), power-ups, and daily missions. The App may display advertisements and may allow optional sign-in with Google to sync progress and rankings.
You may use the App without creating an account. If you sign in with Google, you must comply with Google’s terms. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We are not liable for unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
Coins and power-ups in the App are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other users. They are granted or earned only through gameplay, daily rewards, or watching rewarded ads as described in the App. We may change earning rates, prices, or availability at any time.
The App may show third-party advertisements (e.g. via Google AdMob). We do not control the content of third-party ads. Your interaction with ads is subject to the advertisers’ and ad networks’ own terms and privacy policies.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our affiliates, directors, employees, and agents) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profit, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claims related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past twelve months (or zero if the App is free).
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or to cloud features (e.g. leaderboards, sync) at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the publisher operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Las monedas y power-ups en la App son elementos virtuales sin valor monetario real. No pueden canjearse por dinero ni transferirse a otros usuarios. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, rechazamos todas las garantías, expresas o implícitas, incluidas la comerciabilidad y la idoneidad para un fin particular.

Podemos actualizar estos Términos de vez en cuando. La fecha “Última actualización” cambiará. El uso continuado de la App tras los cambios implica que aceptas los Términos actualizados. Si no estás de acuerdo, debes dejar de usar la App.
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de la jurisdicción en la que opera el publicador, sin considerar principios de conflicto de leyes. Cualquier disputa se resolverá en los tribunales de esa jurisdicción.
